Content Writing
Dnyx Business Solutions agrees to create written content for the Client's website upon the Client's request and as per the approved terms.
Dnyx Business Solutions will exercise reasonable care to ensure that all information and statements in the work are accurate and that the content does not infringe on any copyright or other rights of a third party.
Dnyx Business Solutions acknowledges that the Client has the right to edit the content within the agreed timeframe, and Dnyx Business Solutions will collaborate with the Client in editing and reviewing the content before publication.
The Client agrees to review the final draft for accuracy, including checking for spelling and grammatical errors, statements, and claims. Dnyx Business Solutions will not be held responsible for any errors found after the website is live.
Web Design and Development
Dnyx Business Solutions agrees to design and develop a website at the Client's request and will deliver the project under the agreed terms.
The Client is solely responsible for providing a detailed structure, specifying the number of pages required, and other relevant terms and conditions.
The Client agrees to provide Dnyx Business Solutions with suitable photography or imagery for use in the design.
The Client is responsible for obtaining and purchasing a domain name. Dnyx Business Solutions may, at its discretion, advise the Client on appropriate names.
The Client acknowledges that Dnyx Business Solutions is not responsible for any errors, grammatical or otherwise, found in the material provided by the Client.
Dnyx Business Solutions agrees to address any errors or implement revisions requested by the Client. The Client agrees that a maximum of three revisions are allowed (depending on the package). Major design changes are not included in these revisions.
The Client acknowledges that any change requests made after final approval has been given to Dnyx Business Solutions or after the website is live will incur additional charges. Dnyx Business Solutions will not commence work on subsequent change requests until full payment has been received.
The Client agrees that Dnyx Business Solutions will add a “Web Design by Dnyx Web” link to the footer of each website they work on. This serves as Dnyx Business Solutions's branding, and removing it will incur an additional charge.
Due to the nature of the business, Dnyx Business Solutions will not be liable if your website is hacked, loses rankings, or encounters errors.
Clients may cancel website development or digital marketing projects if Dnyx Business Solutions has not started work. No cancellations will be accepted after one calendar day.
Once the website is live, paid support will be provided at the rate of ₹500 + 18% GST.
Logo and Graphic Design
Dnyx Business Solutions strives to create unique logos and provides recommendations based on research and concept development. We offer an alternate logo design if a trademark on the logo is rejected for any reason.
If you encounter any issues during trademark registration, you are free to contact us, and we will provide alternative variations for you to choose from. However, we do not have access to the full registry of existing logos, and it is nearly impossible to guarantee that the chosen design is entirely distinct from existing designs.
