Clients may cancel website development or digital marketing projects provided that DNYX has not yet started the work. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Once work has commenced or after one calendar day, cancellations will not be accepted and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Process
To initiate a cancellation, please send a written request to our support team detailing your reasons for cancellation. DNYX will review the request and confirm the cancellation along with any applicable charges or refund policies as per the agreed terms.
Refund Timeline (If Applicable)
If your cancellation request qualifies for a refund, it will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.
Final Agreement
Any terms agreed upon in the final proposal or via email communication will also be considered along with the conditions mentioned on this page.
