Refunds may be considered for services that have not met the agreed-upon deliverables or if work has not commenced. Certain non-refundable fees may apply as detailed in your project proposal.
Refund Process
To request a refund, the Client must submit a written request outlining the reasons for dissatisfaction. Dnyx will review the request and respond within a specified timeframe.
Once approved, the refund will be processed according to the payment method used during the transaction, with any non-refundable charges deducted.
